Kate Bargy's Tip of The Day

Even if your hair is damaged, avoid over-conditioning. Sometimes using too much conditioner can leave your hair lacking volume and (gasp!) looking greasy. If you are trying to add moisture to your locks, try a deep conditioning treatment once a week. I recommend Eufora Urgent Repair Replenishing Treatment. Apply to wet hair, wrap in plastic (tip: if you don't have a fancy salon color cap, try using a grocery bag!) For added bonus apply heat for a few minutes with a blow dryer on low. Leave on for at least 15 minutes (25 -30min for more damaged hair) and rinse!

Try not to blowdry your hair every single day. Any type of heat styling can cause your hair to break. Those with chemically enhanced hair (aka: highlighted, permed, or colored), fine hair or naturally blonde hair need to be especially careful when using equipment like blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons, because the hair tends to be more fragile.
